- Develop and maintain Automated Testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Create, execute, and manage end-to-end testing processes to identify and address any issues or bugs.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of test results and provide regular updates to the team.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth transitions to production environment.
- Automation Testing.
- Must be be willing to work hybrid onsite, up to 3 days a week.
- Manual testing skills.
- Confidence with with a variety of testing tools
- Selenium is preferred for automation
- Experience with insurance applications and workflows is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of court technology systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and build positive working relationships.
