    Description

    Role

    As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Machinery Maintenance Worker, Equipment Repair Technician), you'll perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery. This includes manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery. You'll also dismantle, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, read mechanical blueprints and hydraulic schematics, and operate a seated forklift. Additionally, you'll program and setup robots and practice safe shutdown and lockout/tagout procedures.

    Qualifications
  • Experience in steel, forging, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of hand tools.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, and hydraulics.
  • Experience with industrial robots and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
  • Proven problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and a strong work ethic.
