    Allied Position Job Notes:

    Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

    Job Details:


    • Provide General MRI and MRA procedures as needed to maintain optimal patient flow

    • Must have successfully completed radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology

    • Must have and maintain current Arizona State License in Radiology and MRI

    • Must have and maintain current ARRT Certification in Radiology RT(R) and MRI (MR)

    • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

    • Minimum of three (3) years experience in MRI procedures required

    • Must have experience working with PACS/RIS system, email and general computer programs

    • Orientation occurs every 2 weeks

    • Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date

    • Quick start position available

    Facility:

    This JCAHO accredited health center serves a 4,400 square mile area and functions as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. The facility was constructed in 1975 with a 73-bed capacity and provides comprehensive inpatient/outpatient emergency services, dental and ophthalmology services, orthopedics, OB/GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery and urological procedures. Approximately 49% of the surgeries performed are outpatient/ambulatory surgical procedures. The facility maintains a diverse medical staff including surgeons, general medical officers, internal medicine physicians, psychiatrists, pediatricians, family practice physicians, and various specialists.

    Tuba City is located in Northwestern Arizona on the Colorado Plateau, offering a unique semi-desert landscape with elevations ranging from 4,400 to nearly 7,000 feet. This culturally rich community provides an opportunity to work in a diverse environment serving Native American tribes including the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute, along with a pleasant mix of Anglo, Hispanic, and African American residents.

    Adex Job ID # Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
