The Director Field Access Reimbursement is responsible for providing strategic leadership operational oversight to a team of field reimbursement managers FRMs across a multistate geography This role ensures patient access to company products by developing executing field reimbursement strategies educating healthcare providers HCPs on coverage coding resolving access barriers within a complex healthcare landscape.
