- Supporting patients' independence by setting care objectives and educating patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Utilizing experience and discernment to strategize and achieve set goals; working 3x12 shifts on varied days
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or a Compact state
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification, ACLS preferred
- At least 2 years of experience is preferred

Durant is the proud home of Alliance Hospital, a 148-bed medical facility catering to Bryan, Choctaw, Atoka, Johnston, and Marshall Counties. Since 1987, AllianceHealth Durant has been delivering a wide array of medical services and treatments to patients in the region. The hospital houses a Trauma Level III emergency room, a fully digital diagnostic imaging center, a 20,000 sq. ft. women's center, a wound care & hyperbarics center, the "New Visions" medical stabilization program, inpatient & outpatient surgical services, physical therapy, and more.
