    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ag Mechanic.


    What We're Looking For:
    We are currently hiring a full-time Ag Mechanic.

    As a Ag Mechanic your main purpose is to rebuild, inspects, tear down and overhaul harvesting equipment such as hydraulic motors and pumps, wheel ends, gear boxes, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment.


    Requirements/Qualifications:

    Experience:
    Two or more years' experience and/or training.


    Language Ability:
    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English.

    Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


    Math Ability:
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


    Reasoning Ability:
    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


    Computer Skills:
    No required computer skills needed


    Certificates and Licenses:
    Valid WA Driver's License

    Commercial Driver's License ideal

    Work Location:

    Candidate will work on-site at the Company's Royal City, WA Ag Center and will be required to travel to the fields during harvest season.

    Selected candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and E-Verify.
