    We seek a talented individual to create a memorable experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment in a fast-paced but casual work environment.



    • Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process

    • Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly

    • Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items

    • Perform customer checkout procedures

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    • Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items

    • Stay informed and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures


    Requirements:



    • Friendly and helpful

    • Willingness to engage with customers

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

    • Detail oriented

    • 18 years of age or older
