- Salary: $650K fully negotiable base first year
- Sign-on: $100K paid day 1 (or use for educational repayment)

- Physicians are welcome to live in Ft. Collins or anywhere within 45 miles of the hospital.
- Reasonable lake living availability - NO STATE TAX
