The Unit Receptionist/Patient Care Technician is responsible for performing clerical duties and facilitating communication to support the smooth functioning of the unit. They assist with patient activities, including front desk management, administrative support, basic patient care needs, and transportation.Responsibilities
- Meets the physical demands of the position.
- Demonstrates ability to cope with and function under stress.
- Meets skill certification requirements for designated units.
- Remain alert and in visual contact with the patient at all times.
