    The Role:


    Aventon is a leader in the eBike industry, committed to revolutionizing urban mobility and transforming the way people enjoy outdoor riding by creating innovative, eco-friendly, and accessible transportation solutions for a sustainable future.

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to join our team and drive online sales and expand our digital presence.

    An ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, a focus on efficiency, and a proven track record of adapting to new technology including leveraging AI tools.

    We are accepting candidates located in the greater Bellevue, WA area or greater Orange County, CA area.

    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue generation.

    Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze performance data and develop KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, adjust as needed, and report on results to senior management.

    Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

    Develop and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase organic and paid search visibility.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, operations, and customer support, to create integrated marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

    Implement omni-channel marketing strategies to create a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
    Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among stakeholders.
    Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to ensure that growth strategies remain current and effective.
    Drive innovation and experimentation in marketing tactics to stay ahead of the competition and achieve maximum ROI.
    Build and manage a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
    Foster a strong team culture by utilizing effective team building and leadership skills.
    Understand and incorporate brand methodology and brand experience in growth strategies.

    Operations and brand management experience is a plus, as it will aid in understanding the overall business processes and contributing to the company's growth.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee the delivery of products or services to other businesses.

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
    Develop and execute D2C marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.

    5+ years of experience in marketing or growth, with a strong preference for experience in high AOV, long consideration industries.

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and driving sales and customer acquisition.
    Strong data analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
    Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
    Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Demonstrated team building and leadership experience, with a focus on fostering collaboration and motivating team members.
