- Possession of LCSW credential preferred.
- MSW, MA in Counseling or related field acceptable, a bachelor's degree in social work or in a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
- A minimum of two years experience in providing services to older adults preferably in a skilled nursing or retirement housing setting required
- Sensitivity and knowledge of working with older adults and the aging process essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound computer skills to include data entry in electronic healthcare records, outlook and word processing programs.
- Must be a motivated and independent individual who can organize workload so that all functions are completed appropriately.
