    Woodinville, WA

    PPG has an exciting opportunity available for our Woodinville, WA area market. If you enjoy working with customers, relationship building, and a fast-paced environment, then this may be the opportunity for you

    As the Customer Service Representative, you will process orders for independent Dealers, Retail customers, National Accounts, shipping out of distribution centers and plants throughout the US, Canada.

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the timely and accurate order management of assigned orders daily.
    • Successfully communicates with the customer to establish overall customer status.
    • Spend a minimum of 80% of available time interacting with customers via inbound calls and email, entering orders, credits, debits, and returns.
    • Ensure a continuing flow of information to the customer on all aspects of their account including availability, order delivery, invoicing and compliance.
    • Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure that customer orders are shipped and PPG service level objectives are met or exceeded.
    • Provide clear and concise instructions to all shipping points to ensure customers and requirements are met in a cost-effective manner.
    • Provide complete and accurate invoicing instructions to satisfy the customer while adhering to internal administrative requirements.
    • Ensures accuracy of all sales orders.
    • Provides necessary information for the shipment of product.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum education High School Graduate or GED required
    • 3 (three) years or more of customer service experience required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience with marketing, accounting and/or computer science is preferred
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
