We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dumpling Chef to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing handmade soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), dumplings, and wontons according to standardized recipes and production procedures.

This position requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to follow company policies while maintaining consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce Xiao Long Bao, dumplings, and wontons according to company standards
• Accurately portion fillings and hand-fold products with consistency and efficiency
• Follow standardized recipes and production guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with California food safety and sanitation regulations
• Follow management direction and production scheduling
• Participate in company training and skill development programs
• Support other kitchen operations as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience making dumplings, bao, or similar dough-based products preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to follow company policies and operational standards
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
