- Demonstrate a rigorous understanding of product laydowns and on-figure styling techniques, focusing on detail and fit.
- Interpret and execute styling needs that reflect current fashion trends through the lens of an authentic sportswear brand.
- Maintain brand consistency to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Build effective relationships with clients, leadership, and team members, while collaborating with freelancers.
- Engage in the entire styling workflow, from sample organization to set-up and breakdown of shoots.
- Meet deadlines with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring efficiency at all times.
- Adapt to the fast-paced demands of the client, maintaining professionalism on and off set.
- Keep a highly organized workspace, managing wardrobe, props, tools, and equipment storage.
- Handle various materials and assist in styling/building out sets, such as forest floors and snowy ski-scapes.
- 3+ years of product-based styling experience.
- Updated portfolio and resume with professional references.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced studio environment.
- Familiarity with on-set and on-location operational workflows.
- Technical styling expertise and strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to respond to shifting business priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Understanding of outdoor/sports-related products and small-scale build-outs.
- Proficiency with the Mac platform and Microsoft Office suite.
- Reliable transportation to/from the studio and location shoots.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
