- Answer and forward incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails to the appropriate contacts
- Organize vendor invoices and employee timesheets for job costing
- Enter data accurately into our systems
- Manage and maintain project files, both physical and digital
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Manage office supply orders and inventory
- Handle new hire paperwork and termination processes
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
