    KPG has partnered with a thriving company in Santa Ana. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the team.

    This position is key to keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently while providing essential support to the team across various projects.

    *Pay*: $24- $25 per hour

    *Hours*: Monday- Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

    *Responsibilities:
    • Answer and forward incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails to the appropriate contacts
    • Organize vendor invoices and employee timesheets for job costing
    • Enter data accurately into our systems
    • Manage and maintain project files, both physical and digital
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail
    • Manage office supply orders and inventory
    • Handle new hire paperwork and termination processes
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
    *Qualifications*:
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
    • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
