Job summary
Collaborates with peer CDT team member to provide exceptional service to patient families and hospitals in the Southern Tier.The job involves responding to donor referrals, providing hospital education, advocating for donation to prospective families and supporting those who authorize the gift of life.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to donor referrals and evaluating them
- Obtaining authorization for donation from potential donor families
- Providing family support throughout the donation process
