    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Consultant, Workforce to join our team.

    As a managing consultant, you will lead engagements with healthcare organizations to develop and implement strategies for managing their workforce effectively.

    You will support client use of Ovation's Vantage Workforce Productivity platform and educate healthcare leaders in performance improvement metrics and methodologies.

    You will play a crucial role in optimizing staffing levels, enhancing productivity, and managing client interactions.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Client Consultation: Work closely with healthcare organizations to understand their workforce management needs, challenges, and objectives.
    • Assessment and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of current workforce management practices, staffing models, and operational processes.
    • Strategy Development: Develop customized workforce management strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
    • Staffing Optimization: Analyze staffing patterns and utilization metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
    • Technology Integration: Recommend and implement workforce management technologies, such as scheduling software and analytics tools, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of workforce management initiatives and track progress over time.
    • Change Management: Provide guidance and support to healthcare organizations during the implementation of new workforce management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption by staff.
    • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare staff on workforce management principles, best practices, and use of technology solutions.
    • Compliance and Regulation: Stay abreast of relevant healthcare regulations, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with workforce management.
    • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their workforce management endeavors.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, staffing models, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in workforce management software, data analytics, and technology solutions.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

    Work Experience, Education, and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare workforce management, consulting, or related roles.
