- Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to elementary students with diverse communication needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed.
- Active and valid Delaware SLP license is required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Previous school-based experience, particularly with elementary-aged children and autism caseloads, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation required for onsite work.

A full-time, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available in a school setting in Bear, DE. This position supports elementary students with traditional and autism spectrum caseloads onsite only, providing a rewarding opportunity to work directly within a vibrant school community.
