- Greet and assist guests
- Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate person/department
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail/packages to the appropriate person
- Manage our postage meter by stamping all outgoing mail and putting funds as needed
- Assist walk-in applicants
- Scan/fax/print any documents co-workers may need
- Maintain company standards to ensure high-quality service
- Build relationships with walk-in customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat purchasing
- Navigate proprietary software to assist customers and sales representatives with questions regarding their accounts, product, or orders
- Possess the ability to organize and maintain a positive & productive work environment as well as an organized and clean work area
- Assist the executive assistant if/when she is out of the office if needed
- Other admin duties/special projects as assigned
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures
