    Kids Smiles on Lincoln is searching for a full time lead front desk coordinator who works well independently but also as a team member. Attention to detail and a desire to work with others is a must. Spanish speaking is a plus

    Job Description:

    • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
    • Greets all patients with a warm and friendly smile
    • Checks patients in and out for appointments
    • Schedules appointments for patients
    • Answers phones with enthusiasm
    • Picks up and organizes mail to and from office
    • Assist with patient billing processing and questions
    • Organize and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
    • Assist clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
    • Keeps reception area clean and orderly at all times
    • Checks and verifies patients insurance
    • Takes part in company marketing events and responsibilities
    • Orthodontic/Pediatric Scheduling
    • Financial arrangements
    • Claims submission MassHealth insurance
    • Billing private pay patients
    • Other duties as assigned by the manager

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Follow Osha and Infection control standards
    • Assist patients with questions or concerns
    • Maintain confidential patient information
    • Take and enter patient insurance information
    • Provide 4 handed chair side dental assisting
    • Sterilization and Disinfection of operatories and instruments

    Requirements

    • Multi-tasking ability
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong computer skills including an ability to learn new technology
