- Operates the Delta-V system for all the liquid and dry processes
- Monitor and troubleshoots the processing and drying equipment using the Delta-V system
- Monitors the process flow to include flow rates, process, and equipment parameters
- Monitors DCIP, CIP, COP and other forms of cleaning using the Delta-V system
- Detailed batch record formula reading and documentation
- Perform SAP transactions
- Data sheet entry and batch data reporting and recording
- Perform chemical tests on circuits
- Assist with disassembling, assembling and preventative maintenance on various machinery
- Follow necessary gowning procedures based on the hygiene zone level
- Complete all necessary transactions, reports, and documentation
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Must be able to use radio system and always be alert on it. Important information is constantly communicated
- Be able to use independent judgment, work well within a team concept and be able to multitask between various processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- Previous experience in a food processing department is a plus
- Experience with a computerized batching system is a plus
