The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and extend a highly detailed BIM resource network for the building's ongoing management and maintenance.

This includes working with an up-to-date composite of Revit models, developed collaboratively in Autodesk Construction Cloud, reflecting the building's current state at a Level of Development (LOD) 300.

The role requires proficiency in a suite of digital design tools—Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Tekla—as used by our construction team to create a harmonized construction BIM model.

The Chief Engineer will oversee the coordination and integration of all building systems, from structural elements to life safety systems, using Navisworks and BIM 360 Glue for cloud-based review.
