- Additional Info: - The growth of our patient population has created the need for an additional family physician to join our team.- The physician will provide quality medical care using a team-based approach in the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).- Join a team of 2 physicians, 2 dentists, 5 nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant.- Phone-only call allows you to choose the community that suits your needs. - Provide patient-centered care that promotes engagement between you and the patient, leading to positive health care outcomes.- Work alongside a collaborative, supportive team from administration to other providers.EMR: eClinicalWorksQualifications: - Pennsylvania License- CPR/AED Certification - Current DEA registration
