    The Minnesota Community Health Worker Alliance is a statewide health equity organization.

    The mission of the Alliance is optimal health outcomes for all and we achieve this mission by promoting Community Health Worker (CHW) strategies.

    We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications and Registry Manager to join our team.

    This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward by managing and enhancing our communication channels, registry, and technology initiatives.

    As part of our strategic growth and transition, the ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing our earned income strategy, engaging with our community through various platforms, and ensuring the effective management of our CHW registry.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, technology, or a related field.
    Preferred background in registry management, data handling, and report generation.
    Proven experience in communications, social media management, and website development or content management.
    Experience in sales and marketing, with a knack for developing innovative promotional strategies.
    Familiarity with managing contracts and/or working with technology vendors.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
    Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
