Contracts Administrator (Temporary)Role Summary:
Polygon is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to fill the role of Contracts Administrator in our North Andover, MA office.
Essential Job Functions:
Documenting and reviewing contract terms and conditions
Negotiating contract terms and conditions with internal and external business partners
Researching and resolving contract issues
Ensures contract are in compliance with laws and regulations
Ensuring timely and accurate contract approval
Ensure all necessary clauses and details are included in contracts
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
Ensure employees understand and comply with terms and conditions
Maintains an organized system of physical and digital records
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
Must be detailed oriented and able to work in a self-directed environment
Experience with Contracts Management systems
Strong negotiation skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Familiarity with business, finance, and accounting terminology
