    Description
    Do you have what it takes to shape the future of the amusement park industry?
    Our company is seeking a highly qualified Director of Finance and Administration to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of our organization.

    The Director of Finance and Administration will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.


    LOCATION:
    CAI Corporate Offices, 49 Fanny Road, Boonton, NJ 07005


    WORK SCHEDULE:
    On-site and one (1) weekly trip to Luna Park in Coney Island or as business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
    • Manage the company's cash flow and monitor financial performance
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
    • Manage the administrative functions of the company, including human resources, IT, and facilities management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
    • Manage relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders
    • Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors
    • Develop and mentor finance and administrative staff
    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
    • 7+ years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that support growth and profitability
    • Experience managing human resources, IT, and facilities management functions
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
