    Our team works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off at our Idaho Falls location.


    Responsibilities:

    Collaborates with program managers, project managers, and other work scope managers to plan, program, monitor, control, and integrate program and portfolio schedules and budgets within a mission or support area and across the enterprise.

    Analyzes program systems, operations, processes, and procedures to identify areas of potential improvement.
    • Communicate with key stakeholders to determine portfolio, program, and project requirements and objectives.
    • Confer with portfolio, program, and project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
    • Create portfolio, program, and project status presentations for delivery to customers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
    • Develop or update portfolio, program, and project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
    • Collaborate with portfolio, program, and project stakeholders to develop, integrate, and optimize planning and programming projections.
    • Collaborate with project managers, project controls analysts, planning and financial controls specialists, and work scope managers to monitor and control programs and portfolios.
    • Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, or cost analysis.
    • Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
    • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
    • Analyze information and evaluate results to to provide recommendations on strategies to achieve F&SS portfolio at INL.
    • Provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems , or process related topics.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    PR0400:

    Baccalaureate and 8 years of experience, Master's Degree and 6 years of experience, PhD and 4 years of experience.


    PR0500:

    Baccalaureate and 12 years of experience, Master's Degree and 8 years of experience, PhD and 6 years of experience.
