    Job Description

    • Ensures that all operational activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner.
    • Ensures the correct movement in the system (M3) of the materials assigned by engineering for the certification products.
    • Coordinates the delivery of materials to the areas in which the certification products will have a process.
    • Coordinates with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
    • Ensures that the processes established for certification products are rigorously complied with.
    • Provides status of the certification products in process, notifying immediately if the schedule has not been met.
    • Execution of production activities for certification products if necessary, with the correct use of personal protective equipment.
    • Support in administrative activities to the certification supervisor.

    Complementary Description

    As a Certification Lead this position will play a vital role in the collaboration with engineering and production to track the timely execution of certification products.

    The main responsibility is to ensure material quality, that so if there is any needs they can be addressed on time to avoid any disruption to workflows.

    And to ensure that all operational activities for the production of certification and test items are carried out on time and in an effective way and in accordance with the roadmaps defined by the planning team.

    Proactive approach and effective communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining smooth team collaboration, with the result of the product certification process successful and within the established deadlines.


    Job Requirements

    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Experience: 3 years minimum of experience in the aerospace industry

    Computer Skills:

    • MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Other Preferred Skills:
    PLM Systems (M3).
