    Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Sr. Business Analyst within our team. This role offers remote work opportunities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions. Facilitate JAR/JAD sessions. Conduct As-Is, To-Be and Gap analysis Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Monitor and evaluate the success of solutions. Support User Acceptance testing.


    Mandatory Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field (relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted in lieu of the required degree) 6+ years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated responsibility for conducting requirements gathering and documenting sessions, developing and executing testing protocols (including building test data files), and developing file layout specifications.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools Desired Qualifications:

    Knowledge of 820 and 834 X12 EDI files and formats Public sector healthcare experience is a huge plus Experience using Atlassian Jira Valid International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Valid Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification Analytical and problem-solving aptitude, along with the ability to research policy documentation to infer potential requirements.

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.

    This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location.

    At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
