    Our amazing client is looking for a

    Agile Delivery Manager

    for an exciting long term project with a great team. This team is working Hybrid in Michigan and going to the office a minimum of once a week. We know this client well and can share great insight. Very exciting work being done with our client.

    R RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Engagement Description:
    This resource will be working on the Our Client's Product delivery team.

    QUALIFICAITONS:
    Top 3

    Required Skills/Experience:
    Experience with managing multiple delivery teams using agile methodology
    Proficient with the use of Jira Software and the use of agile team metrics for capacity and efficiency tracking
    Experience with long term product road mapping and release planning


    Required Skills/Experience:
    Experience with IT program management and large scale implementations
    Experience with IT product delivery
    Scrum master certification
    Practical experience with technical delivery using agile methodology

    Preferred Skills/Experience:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Experience as a developer is preferred
    Agile coaching experience is preferred
    Excellent time management and organization skills

    Education/Certifications – Include:
    Scrum Master Certification
