We are looking for

a Construction Data Analyst

to join our team, working in a remote/home office

Requirements and Responsibilities:
General knowledge of construction labour disciplines and labour forecasting,
Excellent data input and management,
Run reports in custom database applications (i.e., CRAFT),
Ability/Proficiency to learn custom database applications (i.e., CRAFT),
Assess and Ensure the completeness and accuracy of required system inputs,
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with each project site and track attendance,
Document and Track AR's to closure,
Attention to detail,
Ability to work on own initiative,
Advanced excel skills / data analytics (Pivot tables, v-look-ups, data analysis, graphs, etc),
Proficient computer and software skills (all MS Office applications, email, MS Teams, etc), and
Ability to support and work across multiple sites and time zones (as required).


Desired Qualifications/Certifications:
Certified Database Administrator.
