We are looking for passionate Systems Administrators across various levels to join our journey and contribute to our mission
WHAT YOU WILL DO We are actively seeking Systems Administrators at the Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior stages of their careers
You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of our systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support our local and wide area networks, systems, and applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security of our network and data.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, and anti-spam.
• For Mid-Level and Senior roles: Design and implement new system structures, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and develop strategic plans for future IT developments

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

Junior Systems Administrator:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Up to 2 years of experience in systems administration
Knowledge of network configuration, security principles, and operating systems.

Mid-Level Systems Administrator: 3-5 years of systems administration experience
Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale server environments
Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with cloud services.

Senior Systems Administrator: 6+ years of experience
Advanced knowledge in system architecture, networking, and security
Leadership experience and the ability to drive IT strategy and improvements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Windows, Linux, and/or Unix environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
