    RDE Capital Group, LLC Bilingual
    Licensed Real Estate - Leasing Agent

    Position Description: The leasing agent plays a key role in enhancing the performance and value of various residential properties. This position involves marketing and leasing residential and multi-tenant communities for RDE Capital Group, LLC, ensuring the satisfaction of both owners and residents within set economic guidelines. The leasing agent reports to the Regional Manager.


    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Set listing prices for units
    • List properties on applicable platforms
    • Handle property photography
    • Coordinate property tours for prospects
    • Facilitate access to vacant units for tours
    • Collect necessary documentation from prospects
    • Guide prospects through the application process
    • Assist in the approval process
    • Manage showing activities and documentation
    • Handle security deposits and necessary verifications
    • Issue confirmation letters to approved applicants and stakeholders
    • Prepare and oversee lease agreements
    • Facilitate move-in procedures
    • Share leasing documents with relevant parties
    • Handle lease renewals and move-out processes
    • Perform other tasks as delegated by the Regional Manager

    Compensation: $50,000.00 annual salary along with medical, vision, and dental benefits post six-month probation. Additional benefits include paid vacation and eligibility for a 401K Plan after one year of service.
