    Office Manager

    Job Summary:We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and organized Office Manager to support our team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will also assist the Executive Assistant with various office and administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • You will be the face of the office, representing our company to all visitors.
    • Greet all incoming employees and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and visitors in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed to ensure seamless communication.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Assist with maintaining the inventory and ordering of all office supplies as needed to prevent stockouts.
    • Support the Executive Assistant with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, event planning, and other ad-hoc projects.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
    Qualifications:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
    • Proven experience working in a front desk representative, office assistant, or similar role is essential.
    • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
    • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality is essential.
    • A professional appearance and attitude are mandatory.
