    About the role



    Kerry Inc. seeks ICT Manager –Supply Chain & OTI at its facility located at 3400 Millington Rd, Beloit WI 53511.

    Job Duties


    Managing a team of 5 business analysts across Supply Chain Planning, Order to Invoice and Procurement to support factory and warehouse operations and maintain the integrity of the global standard processes and systems in Kerry North America 10%.

    Identify, define, and deliver relevant enhancements to the systems and process landscape to facilitate continuous improvement to best support and optimize business operations 5%.

    Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements to map to existing Global Template 5%.

    Facilitate the onboarding of Kerry's acquisitions and process technologies into the global Kerry systems and processes for new factories and warehouses in North America 15%.

    Ownership for the administration of global and regional systems and processes for the North American Kerry businesses 10%.

    Pioneer fresh solutions and software in the North America region to complement the existing global standards and drive efficiency in line with local market requirements 5%.

    Lead talent development through recruitment, training, coaching, project assignment, empowerment 2.5%.

    Facilitate the implementation and support of all NA ancillary solutions for Supply Chain, OTI as well as our SAP global template in these areas 5%.

    Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and identify areas of improvement via process and/or solution enhancements 5%. Prepare for and partake in design confirmation on future enhancements to the Global template 5%.

    Lead controls design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of North America Supply Chain & OTI related processes & Solutions (Planning, 3rd Party Logistics, Transport Management, Import/Export, EDI) 10%.

    Support & monitor KPI's such as adherence to plan, OTIF 2%. Responsible for automation and monitoring of transactional data between 3PL's and ERP via EDI 5%. Manage quality delivery of third-party providers 2%. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows) 2.5%. Generate required configuration rationales and execute the configuration in SAP 2%. Assist in generation of test scripts, carry out product testing and support user acceptance testing 2%. Execute activities in site preparation, cut-over, and post-go live support 2.5%. Validate training material developed by the training team 2%. Participate in business engagement activities with our regional ICT teams 2.5%.

    Requirements


    This position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Communication Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Plus 5 years of experience in Foods & ingredients Manufacturing Industry as a Senior Technology Consultant, Supply Chain Process and Technology Manager, or related occupation.


    Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with:
    (1) Utilizing software delivery lifecycle methodology including design, configuration, test, data conversion and implementation of the technical aspects of the solution for ERP deployments. (2) Leveraging process mapping tools and requirements gathering methodologies to prepare for, coordinate and host workshops with cross functional stakeholders. (3) Employing SAP technologies of SAP Materials Management, SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Advanced Planning & Optimizer to support business functions and design and implement solutions to business problems. (4) Lean Six Sigma to optimize and streamline factory processes supported by IT systems with a focus on continuous improvement. (5) Third Party Technology Integration and EDI transaction codes to support technical integration to core Satellite systems (TMS, TSE, IBM Sterling) and enable connectivity to Integrated third-party warehouse networks.


    Travel Requirements:
    20% domestic and international travel to new company facilities required


    Telecommuting:
    Telecommuting permitted 4 days per week.
