We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our HR team This role will collaborate globally across the organization to align Talent Acquisition (TA) business objectives with technology, processes, and ensure overall system compliance.
This role will assist with managing the annual TA headcount plan, ATS configuration, integrations, SFTP files, system implementations, and reporting to improve and automate TA processes.
This is a hybrid role reporting into the San Salvador, El Salvador office twice a week; days of the week to be determined.
Responsibilities:
Manage annual headcount plan including opening and reconciling headcount
Hands on ATS configuration to ensure global organizational TA objectives are met
Create and automate system reports
Act as backup for immigration
Develop, monitor, and ensure successful SFTP
file access, transfer, and management
Create system protocols and controls to audit data and processes to ensure data integrity
Proactively and continuously analyze system configuration and implement process improvements to drive automation globally and improve data integrity
Partner cross functionally with global business partners to gather requirements and change requests to improve user experience
Accelerate digital transformation by utilizing system to full potential and beyond
Partner with vendors to ensure planned releases and system updates are managed proactively to ensure system reliability
Solicit user feedback and provide prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
Continuously improve the user experience and understand and communicate potential impacts of recommended changes
Endlessly remain current with HR technology systems, trends, analytics, and tools
Construct and maintain process documentation and tracking mechanisms for repeated success
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years ATS system configuration experience; preferably iCIMS
Continuous learner who proactively searches for answer prior to seeking assistance
Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, time management, project management and client service skills
Strong internal customer orientation
Ability to work globally across multiple countries and cultures, and partner effectively with internal clients and team members
Ability to produce detailed, relevant documentation and reports as required
Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven analytical experience and troubleshooting across a range of systems
Self-directed and can work well under pressure
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail
