    As a Director of Operations (DO), your primary focus will be strategically overseeing and mentoring managers while directly driving multiple dental practices' operational and financial success within your assigned territory.

    By holding direct reports accountable for daily practice operations that meet immediate needs and position for growth, you'll serve our operating owner(s).

    Your expertise will encompass creating annual budgets, strategic planning, project management, talent calibration, growth and development plans, financial statement analysis, and effective verbal and written communication.

    Upholding the highest professional and ethical standards will be integral to your role.

    Responsibilities

    Demonstrate exceptional client service through effective communication. Identify team members' strengths and areas for leadership and management growth. Coach and guide team members to excel in service excellence.

    Lead recruitment efforts, partnering with HR for successful staffing, reduced turnover, and team development. Facilitating smooth onboarding for seamless integration.

    Train operations team for efficient and accurate task execution. Ensure quality through audits and additional training. Set and monitor clear business and development goals.

    Collaborate with owners and MB2 leadership on strategic, operational decisions. Analyze key metrics, implement corrective actions, and create long-term growth plans.

    Partner with MB2 departments for sustainable programs. Strategically address areas for improvement, tailoring messages for effective communication.

    Maintain project organization and updates through charters and meetings. Understand performance drivers and benchmarks. Course correct for sustained success.

    Assess practice needs, plan improvements, and ensure team compliance with training and reviews. Offer constructive feedback for continuous enhancement.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of dental management experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field

    Preferred experience in dental office management

    Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities

    Proficiency in delegation and remote management

    Excellent communication skills, capable of effective communication across all organizational levels
