GROUP :
5 physicians adding 1, 10 CRNA Diverse group with physicians and CRNAs CRNAs supervised, not medically directed Ideal location for young families


PROCEDURES :
General B&B, OB (volume 1,800/yr) Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Urology, DaVinci Robotic Surgery, Regionals, some Peds - healthy usually over 1-2 y/o, Stroke Center of Excellence, Level 2 trauma, light cardiac volume (typically less than 50 per year)All physicians do hearts, share call equally


CALL:
1:5 Home call ideally less than 20 min (maximum 30 min.) response time.
Calls in-house only if OB epidurals running


COMPENSATION :
500K, first year, only 1 year to full partnership Sign on bonus 25


K BENEFITS:
Malpractice occurrence policy with Medical Protective Medical family 80/20 (80% paid by employer) Dental for children LTD/STD HSA ($5,000 for family plan or $2,500 for individual)401K plus1 year to qualify for profit sharing aka match (additional $38,500/yr paid by company pre tax into your account) Relocation amount negotiable will be included in sign on bonus (paid at first payroll)


CME:
$7500 stipend 1 week PTO (paid time off)


VACATION:
8 weeks PTO, Plus 1 week CME (9 total).
