    Sr. Marketing Specialist, Brand Management / Design CVM

    You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
    • Supporting the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen positioning and drive growth for design brands and partners across the Americas.
    • Managing product portfolios and assisting with brand product innovation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with designer needs and market trends.
    • Coordinating marketing plans, brand experiences, and gotomarket activities that resonate with designfocused customers.
    • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams - including marketing, communications, finance, design, and sales - to ensure the seamless execution of brand initiatives.
    • Analyzing brand financials, pricing considerations, and performance metrics to guide datadriven decisions and recommendations.
    • Executing launch activities, plans, and budgets for assigned products or program groups with accuracy and strong organizational skills.
    • Creating engaging presentations, proposals, and communications that effectively convey brand strategy and recommendations to diverse audiences.
    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1-4 years of experience in business, marketing, brand, and/or product management.
    Desired Skills & Experience
    • Demonstrating strong understanding of marketing and brand management principles.
    • Applying financial acumen to interpret brand financials, pricing structures, and performance data.
    • Using Excel and analytical tools to support decisionmaking and evaluate brand performance.
    • Executing launch plans, gotomarket strategies, and budgets for assigned products or program groups.
    • Bringing experience with growthoriented thinking, new business model exploration, and external relationship management.
    • Managing multiple competing demands using strong prioritization and organizational skills.
    • Building strong interpersonal relationships and collaborating effectively with marketing, communications, finance, design, sales, dealers, and internal leaders.
    • Preparing and presenting proposals, plans, and recommendations to audiences at all levels.
    • Creating new knowledge and contributing innovative ideas that support positive change and strategic direction.
