- Support accounting, accounts payable, ATM, financial planning, internal and external audit and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures
- Oversee banking activities daily, including reviewing/validating payment files
- Update, manage, and analyze the companys cash forecast
- Monitoring bank transactions and upload/enter JEs to ERP
- Oversee ATM commission and reporting
- Facilitate issuance and reporting ATM debit card
- Utilize Power BI, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Salesforce and Banking portals
- Compile and analyze financial information to reconcile cash
- Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses
- Prepare treasury management reports as needed
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, accounting or related field
- 2+ years of financial experience
- Strong communication, prioritization, time management and problem solving ability
