Salary:
AEA Members: AEA members will receive 12.5% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement
Non-AEA Members: Non-AEA members will receive 12.5% of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certificated Salary Schedule.

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a coach at the freshman level or higher in the applied sport.
2. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport.
3. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students.

The successful applicant must have the following on file before they start:

1. Valid Pupil Activity Permit
2. Current and favorable State and Federal background checks
3. Negative Drug Screen

Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The successful candidate must complete all training requirements of Pupil Activity Permit and complete any Vector Solutions/SafeSchools courses as recommended and assigned by the Athletic Director.
