Job summary

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance and custodial operations for the facility and grounds. The Facilities Coordinator will implement systems, policies, and procedures to effectively manage the corrective and preventive maintenance programs resulting in a safe and clean environment that meets all federal, state, and local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Make hiring recommendations, train, supervise, and evaluate all shifts of maintenance and custodial staff.
  • Maintain an effective work order system to process, track, and create management reports for all corrective and preventive maintenance requests.
