- Spanish speaking/reading/writing fluency (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of workers compensation, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding process, policy management, etc.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing principles
- High proficiency of Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
- Strong initiative, self-driven to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
- Organize new hire onboarding process, including review of company policies, collection and processing of new hire paperwork
- Address employee questions regarding company policies, procedures, and benefit plans
- Oversee employee evaluations, including meeting coordination, performance review, and follow-up with supervisors
- Maintain integrity/confidentiality of all employee personnel files
- Record changes on all employee states as necessary; i.e. change of address, rate increases, terminations, etc.
- Monitor compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
- Provides support to leadership team as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
