Responsibilities

Develop and conduct experiments, analyze results, and create reports based on engineering principles
Create work instructions, test methods, and engineering drawings/prototypes
Update design control documents and risk documents
Supervise R&D support tasks, provide training and guidance to technicians
Manage and guide suppliers, establish tolerances, and define acceptance criteria

Skills

Previous experience with lab/industrial equipment (if applicable).
Solid understanding of engineering principles.
Familiarity with clean room medical device manufacturing guidelines.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
1-3 years experience required.
