    Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Job Description: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. You'll play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing clinical supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and exceptional clinical skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including FBAs, to identify the causes of problem behavior and develop treatment plans.
    • Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles to address challenging behaviors and teach adaptive skills.
    • Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians and staff.
    • Analyze data to evaluate interventions, make data-driven decisions, and modify treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
    • Provide training on ABA principles and behavior management strategies.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and interventions.
    • Stay updated on the latest research and ethical standards in ABA.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or related field.
    • BCBA certification from the BACB.
    • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a behavior analyst.
    • Proven experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
    • Strong clinical skills in ABA, including behavior management and data analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and client-centered approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
