    Accounts Payable Coordinator

    What you will do as the AP Coordinator:

    • Enter invoice and purchase order data into MRI or Nexus
    • Distribute invoices to property managers for review on a weekly basis
    • Verify accuracy of invoices and compliance with prior approvals
    • Resolve outstanding invoices

    Requirements of the AP Coordinator:

    • 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
    • Demonstrated familiarity with standard concepts and practices in accounting
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume department
    • Proficiency in MRI, a plus

    Salary range: $60000-$70000, commiserate with experience
