Welcome and assist new patients and individuals accompanying patients ensuring a safe and friendly environment completing necessary paperwork for patient admission explaining forms to patients notifying clinical lead of arrivals escorting patients to the appropriate location maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards patients and their families addressing and resolving patient complaints promptly with a focus on patient safety prioritizing patient safety providing excellent customer service creating a supportive structured environment to ensure patient well-being conducting safety checks providing supervision documenting clinical information accurately in medical records registration systems assisting in maintaining a safe clean comfortable environment for patients families staff regularly interacting with patients observing behaviors reporting significant observations to admissions staff taking documenting vital signs height weight of patients engagingpatients in activities interactions that support treatment goals assistingwith contraband searches inventory belongings when necessary completingmaintaining required documentation assisting incident follow-up paperwork within the facility providing transportationforpatients coordinatingappropriatestaff members recognizingprioritizingpatient safetymore thanelse.
