The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting development, construction and interior design projects by managing schedules budgets documentation and communication across multiple stakeholders.
This position combines project coordination with administrative and financial responsibilities ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive end-to-end coordination of development construction and interior design projects ensuring alignment with timelines budgets and quality standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication by organizing meetings preparing agendas documenting actionable outcomes Facilitate the application approval process for all regulatory development building permits Oversee manage critical documentation processes including RFIs submittals change orders progress reports ensuring accuracy adherence to legal safety requirements Provide peer review product data submittals accuracy conformance completeness Collaborate accounting leadership develop maintain project budgets ensuring financial transparency Review process invoices pay applications related documentation alignment company policies timelines Track project-related expenses monitor variances regular financial reports support informed decision-making Maintain update project budget advance Excel functions pivot tables VLOOKUP precise control Prepare manage AIA contract documents ensure accurate supporting documentation change orders throughout lifecycle Support Yardi data entry proper cost coding Procurement Logistics Lead procurement operations issuing purchase orders verifying billing accuracy timely delivery materials equipment Collaborate accounting maintain accurate records accounts Coordinate logistics supplies aligning delivery schedules project timelines resolving supply chain challenges Manage vendor relationships comprehensive database oversee account compliance Monitor procurement budgets track spending report variances maintaining accountability Profile Bachelor degree business administration management or related field preferred Minimum years experience coordination administration sitework multifamily mixed-use experience preferred Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite advanced Excel skills pivot tables VLOOKUP Proficiency Procore software Experience AIA document administration Strong organizational communication problem-solving abilities Ability read interpret construction technical specifications Job Offer Base healthcare PTO match MPI does not discriminate race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity expression national origin age disability veteran status marital status based individual protected federal state local law MPI encourages minorities women disabled protected veterans qualified applicants>
