    Your Role


    As a key member of our team, you will:

    • Manage a diverse patient panel, addressing a wide range of needs through acute, chronic, and well visits.
    • Treat patients in-office or at testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits.
    • Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
    • Collaborate with in-office teammates during daily huddles and connect with virtual clinical teams.
    • Utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
    • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
    • Be open to obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states.

    What We're Looking For


    To thrive in this role, you should have:

    • Enrollment in, or completion of, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
    • At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years, treating patients of all ages (0+).
    • Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year of your start date.
    • A valid state license in Florida, obtained before your start date.
