- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Coordinate with families to address concerns, provide updates, and involve them in the care planning process.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents, promoting social engagement and a sense of community within the facility.
- Scheduling staff , supervising caregivers and assisting with hiring paperwork.
- Coordinating with our pharmacy to ensure residents have their medication needs met.
- Valid state licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of state regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
